About
the Villa
Our La Manga Club villa is a comfortable three-bedroom property, with lovely
views from the terraces of the Mar Menor bay area and the Mediterranean.
The villa is built over three levels. Access from the parking area is gained
by descending several steps. Unfortunately, this means that the property is
not currently suitable for wheelchairs.
Entry level
The main entrance takes you into a comfortable lounge area with satellite
TV, a CD player and a DVD player. Beside the lounge area is a fully-fitted
kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. Access to a balcony
and barbeque area is gained via glass doors from the lounge and the kitchen.
Lower level
A staircase from the lounge leads downstairs to two of the three bedrooms.
The first bedroom contains a large double bed and has a fully-tiled ensuite
bathroom with a bath, shower, twin washbasins and WC. The second bedroom has
twin beds, and is next to another fully-tiled bathroom containing a shower
enclosure, wash basin and WC. Both lower-level bedrooms have access via patio
doors to a terrace area.
Upper level
The upper bedroom is reached by an external staircase, past the roof terrace.
This room has twin beds and an ensuite, tiled bathroom with a shower enclosure,
wash basin and WC. The photo

Joint ownership
and management of the villa
As owners, Jill & Alan Brown and Frances Millar & Robin Reyner, want
your stay to be as comfortable as possible. We are happy for you to book directly
with us and can arrange welcome packs, mid-holiday cleaning, airport transfers,
and car hire through an on-site management company called Resort Management.

on all golf and tennis prices.
No Smoking
Please note that there is no smoking allowed anywhere in the villa, although
you are welcome to smoke on the villa's terraces.
